2.    Informational Reports to bribe your visitors to give you their e-mail addresses.

3.    Smart Sequential E-mail Auto-responders – for automated follow-up over e-mail. You’ll need at least 2 of them – one for Buyers and one for Sellers. They have to allow HTML e-mail and must support e-mail broadcast feature to blast out your specials on calendar events and other promotions.

4.    E-mail mailing lists for realtors, attorneys, private lenders and bird-dogs (at least 3 of them.)

5.    A FORM tied into the mailing tool for capturing Buyers Application information and e-mailing it to you.

6.    A FORM tied into the mailing tool for capturing Sellers’ Property and Financial information and e-mailing it to you.

7.    Property listing management software.

8.    A tool to create audio voice testimonials.

9.    Online advertising tracker software.
