You can sort Buyers by how much down payment money they have, what kind of payments they can afford, purchase price they're targeting, how soon they can move, etc.

How Long Does It Take To Set My System Up?

The System itself and all of your back office tools will be available  instantly upon signing up for an account.

It may take about 10 minutes to reserve  domain names for your Buyers and Sellers websites and transfer them to our hosting service. Then typically  1-2 days to  propage through the Internet and become visible to the universe of online surfers.

A domain name is an address by which your customers find you online. For example, our domain name is "Investor-System.com". Your domains could be "ChicagoHomeBuyer.com" and ChicagoHomeSeller.com (assuming these names were available).

How Long Does It Take To Learn The System?

While the System is pretty sophisticated, it comes with an extensive set of online Video Turorials that cover every faucet of its operation. You can set up your account, spend couple of hours online watching the Tutorials and be a 100% professional user of the System. 

What About Your Pricing? Is A Long Term Contract Needed?

Will I Need To Pay Hosting Fees And/Or Get A Web Hosting Service Provider To Host My Websites?

No, we'll be hosting your web sites and everything else that has to do with your System. The hosting is included in your monthly member fee.

The only thing you need to have on your own is an e-mail address. All the forms filled out by Buyers, Sellers, lenders, bird-dogs and all other visitors to your site who register with you will be forwarded to that address.

Do I Need To Know Anything About Programming To Be Able To Use The System?

The system comes pre-loaded with all the web pages and forms for capturing Buyers and Sellers information, etc. You need to have an e-mail address where the System will forward these forms to.

What If My Business Model Is Different? Can I Customize The Look And Content Of My Sites?

Your System comes turn-key preloaded with a professionally designed look and tested and proven marketing copy. We have different membership levels that allow you various amount of control over the look and content of your System. 

With our higher level plans you can maintain 2 sets of content, the one that came with the system, or your own. You have complete control over most of the content and look of your websites except for basic structural formatting of the main set of pages that come preloaded with the system.

You can completely change the content of pages, their titles, headers, remove or add pages to navigation, add folders and files, documents, etc. to your websites.

You can also change colors of your web sites visible to your visitors.

How Much Do I Need To Know About Real Estate Investing To Use The System?

This system is for both beginners and real estate investors who're actively pursuing their investment careers, i.e., buying, selling, lease optioning and owner financing homes.

It is presumed you already know enough about real estate investing to be able to transact actual "live" business with Buyers and Sellers after the System generates leads for you.

Will The System Do Everything For Me?

No. The system will only work if you send continuous stream of web site visitors to it.

You have to promote and market your business to Buyers and Sellers through various means of advertising, such as newspaper classified ads, flyers, yard signs, direct mail postcards and letters, FAXes, e-mails signature space, etc.

You'll include a call to visit your web sites in all of your advertising. That will allow the System to interact with your prospective customers and generate leads for you.

You can also find a lot of places to promote your web site online by trading reciprocal links with other businesses in your local area or by buying online advertising that brings traffic of visitors to your web sites.

Do I Have To Become A Member Of A Real Estate Affiliation With My Designated Area?

No, it's not required for you to become a member of an affiliation. You can have this System in addition to your affiliation and vice versa.

The affiliations are typically set up on an exclusive basis with a single member per geographic area, such as county or a zip code. They generate the leads for the entire group of affiliates and pass them individually to the member who "owns" a particular area.

Therefore, you may not be able to join one, if there's already another affiliate in your area.

With affiliations, you don't have your own exclusive web site with your own name on it. Visitors come to the main affiliation web site. From there they're are eventually routed to a specific affiliate.

Imagine a Buyer comes to a site like that. Then (s)he has to drill down through maps and menus to find their home state, their county, their city to even get to a point of contact with the real company that is supposed to help them.

We recently took the trouble of going to one of these affiliation web sites and playing a role of Buyer. After specifying our home state of Texas, we were put in front of a map with over 200 counties on it. The map was so big, it had to be split into 3 separate pieces. It took us several minutes to find our county on that map.

Now, think - how many Buyers will put up with this kind of effort just to get to a real company? Quite a few will simply click away and start looking for another provider.
